Orders may be cancelled only before they are confirmed for processing or dispatch. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Wakefield Plywoods Impex Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered. Products are supplied strictly according to the order confirmed by the customer.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photographs of the package and product along with your invoice.
After verification, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion. This does not constitute a refund policy.
